InnerACT isn’t just a theatre company. We bridge the worlds of performance and personal growth — using theatre as a tool to help people communicate more clearly, connect more deeply, and show up more confidently.
We partner with schools, sports teams, and organizations to create custom learning experiences that feel alive — not rehearsed. Every program is designed to move, engage, and transform.

We collaborate with you to design a program that’s customized to your team, timeline, and desired outcomes. Every detail — from activities to delivery style — is shaped around your specific needs and objectives.
Our teaching artists guide each session with energy, empathy, and intention, creating a safe and dynamic space for participation. We use interactive exercises and creative techniques to spark connection and meaningful learning.
Each experience concludes with guided reflection, giving participants time to process, discuss, and apply what they’ve learned. This step transforms new insights into actionable skills they can use beyond the session.
We don’t stop when the workshop ends — we provide tools, strategies, and takeaways to support continued growth. Our goal is lasting change, helping your team integrate new communication skills and confidence into everyday practice.
Everything we do — on stage, in classrooms, with teams and businesses— is rooted in these six principles. They guide how we teach, how we collaborate, and how we help people grow.
Lead with honesty, respect, and trust.
Build empathy, trust, and shared understanding.
Inspire bold ideas and new perspectives.
Embrace risk, vulnerability, and growth.
Unlock potential through continuous learning.
Thrive through teamwork and shared purpose.
